We teamed up with a digital marketing agency In Creative that helps companies with online marketing both in Czechia and abroad. For one of their clients, a foreign online store specializing in hobby and DYI products, we conducted market research for their planned entry into the Czech market. After clarifying the target groups for the Czech online store, the professional survey was conducted. Here, we opted for combination of CATI (telephone interviews) and CAWI (online questionnaire) methods in order to obtain top quality results. More than 200 respondents provided us with valuable information that the company used for projecting the commercial and marketing strategy of their entry into the new market.
