Pricelist for ordinary and SEO translations
Translation prices depend on many factors and range from ten crowns to hundreds of crowns per standard page.* It depends on the following circumstances:
- complexity of the text
- text service life
- implementation of keywords
- degree of similarity of texts
Send us your texts for translation and we will promptly inform you of the price and best way to perform the translation. Our offer is non‑binding and it will be up to you if you want to take advantage of it.
Take a look at some specific examples of how we performed SEO translations for e‑shops when they expanded abroad and what their final price was.
Sample price of translation during the expansion of a Czech e‑shop to Romania
In this case our client was a successful seller of nail cosmetic products. After stabilizing its Czech e‑shop, the client decided to expand to Romania.
After the preparatory phase, which included exporting texts to .csv format, researching reference websites and preparing an SEO analysis of keywords, we set about translating. This was done in the Memsource/Phrase CAT tool, thanks to which we took into account a significant repetition rate. As a result, the unit price per standard page decreased from EUR 15 to CZK 5 excluding VAT. The translation process includes the sensitive implementation of keywords, in such a way that the text reads like an original text and also performs well in organic searches.
After completing the basic translation of the texts, we also translated the metadata (titles, descriptions, alt descriptions, etc.) and had everything proofread by a native speaker of Romanian. The proofreading also included localization of the e‑shop, i.e. adaptation to the Romanian cultural environment. After importing the texts back into the CMS, we performed a visual inspection of text wrapping, CTA buttons, e‑shop menu items, etc. in the front‑end. And the Romanian version of the e‑shop was born.
Sample prices of translations during the expansion of a German e‑shop into Eastern European countries
In this case, we assisted a German e‑shop selling home & garden products in its expansion into the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and Romania. The texts to be translated were only product descriptions and the client’s objective was to achieve the lowest possible price.
The texts exported in .csv format were translated in the Memsource/Phrase CAT tool. This allowed us to take into account the very high repetition rate found in more than 5, 000 standard pages of source texts. The result was the following reduction in unit translation prices:
Native speaker translation from English into Slovenian – reduction from the basic price of EUR 21 /SP to EUR 4 /SP
Native speaker translation from English to Croatian – reduction from the basic price of EUR 21 /SP to EUR 3,5 /SP
Native speaker translation from English to Romanian – reduction from the basic price of EUR 21 /SP to EUR 4,5 /SP
You can see for yourself that thanks to repetition, translations can be done with a discount of more than 80 %.
Sample price saving for a Slovak e‑shop expanding to the Czech Republic
Even though there are a lot of e‑shops operating on the Czech e‑commerce market, there is still room for competition from abroad. Similarly, we helped a Slovak e‑shop selling welding equipment enter the Czech Republic. Machine translation technology (e.g. DeepL) was considered for translation between two similar languages. However, the technical terminology of the product descriptions ultimately required a translator who specializes in technical terminology.
As always, we factored in repetition using the Memsource/Phrase CAT tool. Thanks to this, we achieved 12% repetitions for the first translation, and 42% repetitions for the second part. And because we translated a total of 524 standard pages of texts, we translated a total of 118 standard pages for the client completely free of charge.
* One standard page (SP) is 1,800 characters (including spaces).
