Pricelist for customer support

Did you know that highquality customer support provided in the local language and on a local phone number is an absolute must for successful expansion of an eshop abroad?

We usually provide customer support on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Alterations are possible subject to agreement. 

Customer support includes the following communication channels: email, phone, chat, social networks. It can also include active calling before shipment, help with logistics planning including driver support, text messages, etc.

In the event of a requirement to provide customer support in multiple countries at the same time, we will provide a volume discount and prepare a tailormade quotation.

The pricelist is valid from 1 January 2024. All prices do not include VAT. 

* The basic monthly fee includes 50 communications, local phone number, call charges and detailed reporting if customer support is ordered, including telephone communication.

** Basic customer support prices include e-mail communication. If additional communication channels are added, we will prepare a tailor-made price for you. 

*** 1 communication = outgoing e-mail, phone call, reply to social media comment, 1 chat thread.
